The SJC Law Clerks’ Society presented three accomplished panelists to talk about their experiences harnessing cutting-edge technologies to solve problems of access to justice, especially among underserved populations. The panelists spoke about designing an online legal resources finder to help pro se and limited resource litigants to help themselves; using advanced courthouse forms involving an automated software interview, to simplify domestic relations submissions; and, deploying information technology to enable lawyers to more efficiently find and engage in pro bono activities.
