On October 20, 2003, the Society held a Fall Program, "The Supremacy of the Massachusetts Declaration of Rights in Protecting Individual Rights: A Roundtable Discussion." The discussion was moderated by Prof. Emerita, Judith Olans Brown, Northeastern University School of Law, and panelists included Prof. Charles H. Baron, Boston College Law School, Pamela L.
